<br> not to transfer property of Sagol without obtaining permission
No one shall transfer the property of Sagol to anyone without obtaining the written consent of the shareholders of Sagol.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), it shall be deemed that the consent of the Sagol's party has been taken if he has witnessed the deed while transferring the Sagol's property.
(3) If someone transfers the property of Sagol contrary to sub-section (1), it shall be accepted that he has transferred the property to the extent of his right or share in such property. The shareholder will be entitled to take back the property that has been transferred in excess of his right or share.
